





Johnson Controls (JCI) has recognized Schukra as one of its valued suppliers by awarding Schukra with a Supplier Award each year since 1998. The JCI Gold Award is presented to suppliers who exceed all areas of JCI quality targets. Schukra has met or surpassed quality areas that measure delivery, engineering, continuous improvement and product factors and so has won the award 3 times now. Another highlight was JCI awarding Schukra it's first "Innovation Award" in 2004, for impressive new technologies.
Auto Interiors has narrowed its list of nearly 50 new vehicles down to six finalists for the magazine's second annual Car & Truck Interior of the Year Awards. The three finalists in each category, encompassing both domestics and imports, represent new introductions or major redesigns for the North American market in 2001. A Schukra Lumbar Seat Comfort System is featured in the Chrysler PT Cruiser and GMC Yukon Denali a finalist from each category.
In 1999, Auto Interiors selected the Schukra Massage Lumbar System as a finalist for the Most Innovative Technology of the Year. The Schukra Massage Lumbar System was introduced on the Cadillac Seville in 1999.
In 1999, Schukra was selected as a finalist in the Second Annual Lear Corporation Supplier Hall of Fame Awards. Since 1998, Lear Corporation has been presenting their Supplier Hall of Fame Awards based on best-in-class service to Lear's North American Operations. Award-winning companies are selected using the Lear Supplier Rating System, which measures quality, delivery, service and competitiveness.
