Human Factors Research

At Schukra, we realize that long term satisfaction with your seat comfort system depends on its ease of use, adjustability and just plain comfort. Our Human Factors lab gathers data on how people interact with our comfort seating systems. Our lab uses custom integrated software running on a dedicated workstation to measure and collect driver and seating comfort data. The measurement data is compiled in conjunction with video analysis, subjective responses and sound & vibration analysis. The resulting data gives product development engineers valuable feedback and insight on new product designs. This feedback cycle assures the development and advancement of superior seating comfort systems for our customers.
